I’m Kuldip Singh Uppal, and my journey in Hong Kong has always been guided by a deep love for authentic Asian cuisine. Inspired by the rich traditions of Thailand and Vietnam, I founded Mint & Basil to create a place where the essence of Southeast Asia comes alive on every plate.
From the very beginning, Mint & Basil stood out for its fresh herbs, bold spices, and heartfelt hospitality.
